You’ll always get the lowest price on our hotel rooms when you book directly with us or we’ll match any lower price you find within 24 hours of making your reservation.

Terms and Restrictions

The lower price must be found 24 hours after you made your reservations through a Penn Entertainment reservations site.

The price must be for the same hotel room type, same stay dates, number of guests, terms and conditions and cancellation policies.

Competing prices must be rates available to the general public.

Competing lower room rates cannot be rates received when you sign up for a loyalty or rewards program or use outside membership discounts such as AAA.

You must call the reservations center for the hotel property where your room was booked to file a claim and must supply the link to the website where you found the lower price.

We will verify the price difference before making any refund.
